How a future designer is trained?
Exploration, experimentation, co-creation and evaluation of innovative ideas, scenarios, concepts and technological materials, are just some aspects that will help us to outline the profile of a figure that does not yet exist. Thanks to solid international experience and a vocation for innovation, ESA lab – Talents Selections aims to train the designers of the buildings of the future.

The Talents Selection is a tool that will allow you to know the reality of ESA engineering from the inside and to test your skills through concrete and relevant projects. The course we propose has a duration of twelve months and can be carried out after the achievement of a diploma or university degree. The experience will be paid, through a fixed-term contract aimed at the placement in the company.
ESA Lab -Talents Selection is dedicated to young people under the age of 30.
A selection process will be carried out to identify the participants in the project. During the selection phase, the consistency and brilliant results of the training path, study experiences abroad, as well as any work experience carried out during the studies, even if not strictly related to the academic path, will be evaluated very positively.
Our Talents Selection is a unique opportunity to gain experience in a structured and international company. Through participation in a project or daily operational support to the activities of a department, it will be possible to experiment in the field the theoretical knowledge acquired during the studies, to expand one’s wealth of skills in the field of plant engineering, energy and sustainability.

Thanks to the ESA Lab - Talents Selection project we aim to train young professionals of the future in the field of:
- MEP Systems Design, Energy and Sustainability, thanks to the tutoring of Senior professionals
- BIM Design, thanks to the support of the members of our internal BIM department
