1 Project & Construction Manager in Qatar
In order to extend the current team already operating in Qatar, ESA group is looking for an Engineer/Architect to cover P&C Management activities (Arch, MEP and Civil), for high luxury retail projects, while ensuring adequate communication flow between the different project execution teams and integrity of project delivery processes. Provide regular project reporting on execution schedule, completion, and adherence to initial objectives, and develop project documents and reports required by the client.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent in Architecture or Construction Management or Civil engineering
- 3+ years’ experience of managing construction projects (appreciated but not mandatory, luxury retail field)
- Responsible for the project organization and management, as well as the relations with the client
- Management of all construction aspects, architectural, electrical, mechanical and civil engineering works
- Supervise the execution and the technical content of project management
- High energy level and motivation
- Pro-active and initiative-taking
- Good at building relationships and trust, good judgment skills and high integrity
- Good communication skills, convincing personality, client and goal-oriented
- Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements
- Management of site accounting – QS activities
- Strong team leadership and team builder with excellent managerial skills and multicultural awareness and intercultural competence
