According to the European Union Directive 2002/91/EC and subsequent releases, ESA engineering is able to issue the Display Energy Certificates (mandatory for most buildings) compliant with local rules and regulations. DECs are designed to promote the improvement of a building’s energy performance. They are based upon actual energy consumption of a building and increase transparency in terms of the energy efficiency of public and private buildings.
