The project has implemented the industrial redevelopment of approximately 27,000 square meters in the Navigli area, in the former “Richard Ginori” Industrial Complex. The urban redevelopment and spatial development works are signed by the British architecture firm BDG, which has supervised the works of all the WPP Campuses already completed in New York, Madrid, Amsterdam and Shanghai and soon to open in London, .

WPP Campus in Milan brings together in a single location more than 35 agencies and over 2,000 employees of the multinational leader in marketing and communication services. The building is mainly intended for offices. It also houses entrance areas, canteens, meeting rooms, break areas and an event area for common use.

The redevelopment project was carried out with the BREEAM execution protocol, the highest environmental certification for buildings constructed according to the principles of green building. The MEP project was therefore developed in compliance with both Italian legislation and ASHRAE standards and with adequate criteria and sizing to obtain BREEAM certification.

The air conditioning system created is of the four-pipe hydronic type, to guarantee full flexibility of use, essential for a building with opposite main exposures, and with internal spaces subject to considerable variability of use.
