As usual at this time of the year, on Friday July 17th 2016, we have planned to spend an evening out on the Tuscan hillside between Firenze, Siena and Arezzo for the “Festival of Ribollita”, a typical Tuscan dish in which stale bread, rather than been thrown away, is used together with vegetables (especially kale) to make a very appetizing and healthy dish.
This festival is a unique opportunity to spend an evening with ESA engineering’s friends far from the work routine. Last year, more than 250 friends attended the party.
